Let real customers describe the problem, your work and what changed in their own words. We prepare and film the conversation without scripting their praise.
One specific story for a website or sales conversation.
A set of three
Different experiences filmed in a planned block.
Choose the format.
A single testimonial: one customer, one story. Good for a homepage, a landing page or a sales email.
A set of three: three customers, filmed in one planned block. Different people, different situations, one consistent look. Good when your buyers aren't all the same.
We agree the delivery versions around where you will use the video, such as a website or social post. Your proposal lists the required shapes and any short cutdowns.

Who makes a good testimonial?
Someone with a specific story: a before, a decision and an after.
Someone who can talk about it comfortably for 15–20 minutes.
A mix that matches your buyers: different ages, jobs or reasons for coming to you.
Not necessarily your biggest fan. Specific beats enthusiastic.
A short call before the shoot: we explain what will happen and what we'll ask about. No lines to learn.
The release: the customer signs an on-camera release before filming.
The interview: a relaxed conversation, filmed at your business or theirs. We ask open questions and follow up.
Supporting shots: the customer at your business, the work, the place, so the story isn't only a talking head.
The edit: we build the story from what they actually said. We never put words in their mouth or change their meaning.
The rules we follow.

The rules we follow.
Real people, real experience. The FTC rule prohibits specified fake or false testimonials. We use real customers describing their actual experience. FTC rule overview.
Their honest opinion. We don't edit a lukewarm answer into a glowing one.
Connections disclosed. If the customer got something in return, such as a discount, a payment or a free service, that has to be disclosed in the video or the post. We don't offer anything in exchange for a testimonial ourselves.
Typical results. A result claim needs evidence and a clear account of what people can generally expect. FTC endorsement guidance.
Patients: the practice's qualified reviewer must confirm the permissions and safeguards for any proposed patient story before filming.
Questions about testimonial videos.
Scope, rights and timing, before the shoot.
What if our customer gets nervous?
Most people do at first. We start with easy questions, film more than we need and keep the camera crew small. We work at a pace the participant is comfortable with.
Can we give the customer a gift for their time?
We do not offer incentives for testimonials. Tell us about any material connection so the proposed use can be reviewed and disclosed where needed. FTC endorsement guidance.
You choose them, because you know who had a great experience. We help you decide who fits the story, and we contact them to prepare if you'd like.
Can a customer withdraw later?
Yes, by writing to us. We stop making new content with them, and posts we and you control come down within 10 business days where reasonably possible. Ads that already ran, printed materials and shares by other people can't be recalled.
What should your business show next?
Tell us the goal and where the content will be used. A 15-minute call comes before your written proposal.
