A film witha job to do.

Brand stories, campaigns, events and focused content shoots. We plan the crew, editing and delivery around your audience and agreed scope.

Sound familiar?

Great work. Forgettable video.

You built something worth showing. The video should make people feel that in the first three seconds.

Phone clip, shot between customers.Planned, lit and edited. One reel we made held viewers 20 seconds on average.

01

Your work looks smaller on camera.

Shaky phone footage hides the craft, the people and the care. People swipe past.

Prepare a useful brief · What changes scope?

Before we roll.

How is a production priced?

Line by line, for the project in front of us: coverage time, crew, editing, add-ons and travel. You get the proposal within 24 hours after a 15-minute call. Prices are plus applicable Texas sales tax.

How do deposits work?

A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due on delivery. Until then you get watermarked previews. If you cancel less than 14 days before the shoot, the deposit isn't refunded, because we've reserved the date and turned down other work.

Can we move the date?

Yes. If you reschedule at least 14 days before the shoot, your deposit moves to the new date once.

Do you need a second camera?

For two rooms at once, a stage plus interviews, or a large venue, usually yes. A second camera operator is a separate line, billed by the hour with a 4-hour minimum. Extra editing from the second camera is its own line too.

Who handles sound at a conference?

Usually the venue's AV team runs the room sound; we plan how to record clean audio from their system or our own microphones. Tell us early who your AV contact is. Read more: Conference video audio plan

How is travel scoped?

Local travel is included. For projects beyond our service area, travel days, tickets, hotel and car are separate lines in your proposal.

Do you handle permits and releases?

We plan for them. We bring on-camera releases, check venue rules, and tell you if a location needs a city permit. Drone plans need the appropriate airspace authorization where required and written site permission. Read more: Location-scout checklist

Who owns the finished videos?

After full payment, you get a permanent, worldwide license to use the final videos for your business, in any media. We keep the copyright and the raw footage. Music is licensed for your use, within the music license's own terms.

Can you run the ads too?

Yes. We run Instagram and Facebook campaigns, plus Google when search makes sense, and can build the page people land on. Explore Ads & Websites. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
