Our working principles
How we work.
- Plan first. Every shoot has a shot list you've approved. No guessing on the day.
- Write it down. Your proposal lists every deliverable. If we miss one through our own fault, we make it up the next month.
- Your accounts stay yours. We're added as partners or managers, never owners, and we never ask for passwords.
- Licensed music only. No unlicensed or trending audio on business accounts. Every music license is on record.
- People's privacy. Everyone on camera signs a release first. For clinics, patients appear only with the practice's written authorization, and we never confirm in public that someone is a patient.
- Signed agreements. Everyone who works on your project signs our confidentiality and ownership agreement before touching your footage or accounts.
- Honest numbers. Reports count real inquiries, not likes, and say "unknown" when something can't be measured. We report the evidence and its limits rather than promising leads or rankings.

Who shows up on shoot day?
Usually your project lead and a filmmaker; bigger shoots add a second camera or a photographer. Your proposal says who's coming and for how long.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. Our filmmakers, editors and social media managers include independent professionals. Each one signs our confidentiality and ownership agreement before working on a client project, uses the agreed account-access process.
