When to film what.

  • Before and during

    Plan useful visits and milestones.

  • Key moments

    Groundbreaking, partners and opening.

  • Connected uses

Agree recurring scenes and delivery needs.

When to film what.
  1. Before groundbreaking: a company brand film and the empty site from the air. It's the only time you can capture "before".
  2. Groundbreaking: event coverage, speeches and community moments.
  3. During construction: recurring progress visits from the same angles, plus recruiting clips of crews at work.
  4. Milestones: topping out, the first tenant, a key partner on site.
  5. Completion: the finished project, a ribbon cutting and the project film that pulls it all together.

Planning the uses together helps identify repeat shots, access and delivery needs before each milestone.

What we coordinate on site.

  • Access and safety

Your site rules and filming permission.

  • Conditional aerial work

    Address-specific checks and consent.

  • Clear limits

    Marketing footage, not technical records.

What we coordinate on site.
  • Safety: your site rules, protective equipment and escorts.
  • Access: who approves filming on the site, and on neighboring property if a shot needs it.
  • Drone: FAA airspace authorization near airports, written consent from whoever owns or controls the site, and flights planned around crews.
  • Weather: backup dates for outdoor and aerial work.

Our aerial work is marketing footage. It isn't surveying, mapping, measurement or inspection.

Builders & developers

Show the project as it rises.

One repeatable plan for ground and aerial footage, so buyers, tenants and investors see real progress every month.

Questions from builders and developers.

Scope, rights and timing, before the shoot.

Can one crew handle progress, recruiting and events?

Yes. That's the point of planning them together: the same team knows the site, the people and the story.

How early should we start?

Before the site is cleared, if you can. The "before" shot can't be filmed later.

Can you film on our partners' or general contractor's sites?

Yes, with their permission and under their site rules.

Do you document for compliance or claims?

No. Our footage is for marketing, recruiting and communications, not engineering records, surveys or inspections.

Can the footage be used in investor presentations?

Yes. After full payment, your license covers any business use, in any media.
