Do we need to choose a plan first?
No. Pick "Not sure yet," or build a plan first on the Social Media Management page. On the call we'll recommend what fits, or tell you honestly if we're not the right fit and what we'd do in your shoes. If you'd like to prepare, read How to write a business video brief.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
You tell us about the business, we ask a few questions, and at the end you'll hear honestly whether we're a fit and what it would look like. You won't be asked to decide on the call.
How soon can we start?
For monthly plans, the first shoot is usually within 7 days of signing, at your business; shoots that need a city permit or venue approval follow that timeline. For events, share your date in the form and we'll check availability before we talk.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Dallas, McKinney, Plano, Frisco and nearby North Texas communities. There is no local travel surcharge. Travel beyond our service area is quoted as a separate line.
