Questions
Before your shoot.
Still unsure? Email hello@lonestarring.com or call 347 616 9883, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Central.
Is this a monthly plan?
No. This is one planned shoot with the photos and reels you select. You choose when and where to publish them. Monthly strategy, posting and reporting are available separately. Explore monthly support.
Can I order menu photos?
Yes. Pick a menu size above or choose Food & menu in the builder. One menu item is one dish or drink, with two edited photos. Your team prepares and plates the food; we use one consistent lighting style.
Can I book photos only or reels only?
Yes. Set the quantity you don’t need to zero. Photo-only orders start at $695; orders with video start at $995. The builder shows the total before sales tax.
What do I need to prepare?
Your kitchen preps and plates each dish; have the drinks, the space and any team members you want featured ready. We send a short shot list before the visit so you know exactly what to have ready.
Can you shoot while we’re open?
Yes, if that suits you. The hour before opening or a quiet afternoon usually works best. We plan the timing and the shot list with you so service and guests aren’t disturbed.
Which areas do you cover?
Dallas and North Texas and North Texas, including McKinney, Frisco, Plano and Dallas. Enter your city in the order and we confirm availability by email.
What happens after I send my request?
We email to confirm location, scope and availability. A 50% deposit reserves the agreed shoot date; the balance is due before final delivery. Sending a request does not book a date or charge you.
When will the files be ready?
We confirm delivery timing and the photo and video formats for your placements before the shoot. This one-time service does not carry the monthly plan’s 72-hour review promise.
Who owns the finished content?
After full payment, you receive a permanent worldwide business-use license to the final photos and videos. Lonestarring keeps copyright and raw files.
Your next menu photos are one visit away.
