Lonestarring is a trade name of Future Media Creative LLC, a Texas company. This policy describes information used when you visit our website, contact us or book a discovery call. We do not sell your personal information.
Contacting us
When you email, call or text us, we use the contact details and information you provide to answer your request, discuss your project and provide our services. Please do not send medical, patient or other sensitive information.
With optional analytics allowed, we may retain sanitized campaign labels in this browser for up to 30 days to connect your request to its source. You can clear them by declining analytics. Advertising click identifiers are retained in this browser only with the separate advertising-attribution choice. Accepted non-client requests and their private source records follow the retention period below.
Our project forms collect the name, business, website or social profiles, email, phone and project answers you choose to provide. When you submit a form, Cloudflare securely forwards the request to our Google Apps Script service. We store accepted requests in a private Google Sheet and use Google Workspace email to send confirmations, notify our team and reply to you. A free audit uses public profiles you provide; do not send passwords. If a form offers an email-draft fallback, you must send that draft from your email app.
For a one-time photo and Reel request, we collect your name, email, shoot city, optional preferred date and the content quantities you select. The stored request includes the calculated subtotal and scope. We confirm availability by email; submitting a request does not reserve a date or process payment.
Builder links carry only scope choices, not contact details or project text. We do not forward inquiry answers to website analytics. Please do not include sensitive information.
To prevent duplicate requests when you retry, your browser session may store a random request identifier and a fingerprint of your answers. It does not store the answers or contact details themselves, and it expires with the browser session.
Booking a call
Our booking page connects to Google Calendar only when you choose to load available times or follow the separate booking link. Google processes the name, email and appointment details you provide, and sends appointment confirmations and updates. We use that information to schedule and prepare for your call. Google's Privacy Policy applies to its services.
Browsing the website
Google Analytics may receive permitted page and interaction information when optional analytics is allowed. When your region cannot be established, optional analytics is denied unless you choose to allow it. Cookie settings lets you allow or decline analytics and saves that choice for this browser when storage is available. Inquiry answers and planner text are not sent to Google Analytics. We send only approved campaign labels, page paths and limited interaction types; we remove other URL query values from analytics events. An accepted request may produce one inquiry event without your contact details or answers. A list of random submission references may remain in this browser for up to 90 days to avoid counting retries more than once. See Google's Privacy Policy.
When optional analytics is allowed, Microsoft Clarity may collect clicks, scrolling and session replay on supported public pages. We use strict text masking and additional form masking; the editable shoot planner and Google booking page are excluded. Replay stays off when a URL or referrer contains unsupported parameters. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. Advertising click attribution is off unless you separately allow it in Cookie settings. When allowed, platform click identifiers may be saved with your private inquiry record to understand its advertising source. Google advertising click identifiers may also be provided to Google Analytics to connect a permitted visit or inquiry event to its ad. We do not use this choice to enable advertising personalization or send contact details to advertising platforms. Opening the Google Calendar booking form connects you to Google; the website's analytics choice does not control the processing needed for those services.
Cloudflare hosts the website and media and processes technical request information needed to provide them, such as an IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect form submissions from abuse; its security processing is separate from optional analytics. The inquiry service uses a temporary fingerprint for rate limits and duplicate prevention rather than storing your raw IP address in the inquiry journal. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. This policy does not claim that optional Cloudflare visit statistics or any particular security cookie are enabled.
Text messages
If you expressly agree to receive texts about your request, we use your number for that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
We do not share mobile information or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers necessary to deliver a requested service may process the information needed for that service.
How we use and share information
We use information you provide to answer requests, prepare proposals, schedule calls, deliver services, maintain business records and prevent abuse. We share information with providers needed for these purposes, when required by law, or to protect our rights.
Retention
Our policy is to retain inquiries that do not become clients for no longer than 24 months. Client records are retained for the working relationship and applicable business record requirements. You can ask us to delete information earlier, subject to records we must retain.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@lonestarring.com or call +1 347 616 9883. Browser settings can also control or remove cookies and local storage.
Children and changes
Our services are intended for businesses; the website is not directed to children. If we learn that we received a child's personal information without an appropriate basis, we will address it. We will update this policy and its date when our website or information practices change.
