Social Media

Who posts, who replies, who decides.

Every plan includes strategy, brand design, weekly planning and monthly analysis. Choose our team to create and publish on three platforms and handle weekday replies, or content only with your team publishing and replying.

The split, in one table.

Three platforms.

Three platforms

Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile by default.

An agreed swap

Replace one with TikTok; other scope on the call.

Approved calendar

Ideas, files and final decisions remain clear.

Three platforms.

Three platforms are included: Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile by default. You can replace one with TikTok. A fourth platform is a paid extra scoped on the call. Each video uses the format and calendar agreed for that platform.

For the Profile destination, start with planning a useful Google Business Profile video.

Nothing goes out without a plan you approved.
  • Each week: you review the next week’s ideas and posting calendar. We agree the shoot brief before filming.
  • Before posting: you approve the videos through two revision rounds.
  • If we don't hear back: content we send for approval counts as approved after 3 business days. We always send a reminder before that.

Keep plan decisions and final-file decisions separate with the weekly calendar approval board.

What we answer, and what we send to you.

Routine questions

Weekday replies about hours, location and booking links.

Questions needing judgment

Prices, complaints and medical questions.

Your team

We forward those the same business day.

What we answer, and what we send to you.

We reply to comments and simple messages Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central. Simple means questions with a clear, public answer: your hours, your address, how to book, whether you offer a service listed on your site. Anything that needs your judgment goes to you the same business day: prices and quotes, complaints, refunds, and anything medical. We never give medical advice or confirm that someone is a patient.

Not included: weekend or round-the-clock monitoring, sales conversations, appointment booking on your behalf, and community management for platforms outside your plan.

Content creation vs. social media management: who does what

Use the reply handoff worksheet to identify approved answers and the business role for questions that need judgment.

Your accounts stay yours.

  • Account ownership

Partner or manager access; no passwords.

  • Exit handoff

You remove our access when work ends.

  • Inquiry report

Known sources and honest measurement gaps.

Your accounts stay yours.
  • You add us as a partner or manager. We never ask for your passwords and never become an owner.
  • On Google Business Profile, managers can manage posts and reply to reviews, but cannot add or remove users or remove the profile. We ask for the manager role. Google explains these roles.
  • When we stop working together, you remove our access. Nothing needs to be handed back.

Use the Google Business Profile access checklist to keep ownership, invitations and the exit handoff clear.

Month-end numbers and next steps.

At the end of every month, we send concrete performance figures and explain what worked, what did not, which content and strategy performed best, and what we will change next. We review available views, reach, engagement and inquiries. If your team publishes, share your platform insights so we can include those results. Anything we cannot measure is marked unknown rather than guessed.

How to judge monthly content beyond likes

Social media management

Your content, planned week by week.

Your strategy sets the direction. We review the content plan weekly, post on the agreed platforms, reply on weekdays and send a month-end analysis.

Questions about posting and replies.

Scope, rights and timing, before the shoot.

Can we still post things ourselves?

Yes. It's your account. Tell us what you've posted so the calendar stays balanced.

Do you answer direct messages?

Simple ones, on weekdays: hours, location, how to book. Questions about prices, complaints and anything medical go to your team the same business day.

What happens on weekends?

Nothing is answered by us on weekends. Scheduled posts still go out, and anything that came in is handled on the next business day.

How often do you post?

On the calendar you approve each week, using the content from your monthly shoot and any supplied material agreed in your scope.

Can we choose different platforms?

Three platforms are included: Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile by default. You can replace one with TikTok. A fourth platform is a paid extra scoped on the call.

What if a comment turns into a complaint?

We stop replying in public and forward it to you the same business day, with a link to the thread.

What should your business show next?

Tell us the goal and where the content will be used. A 15-minute call comes before your written proposal.
