Social Media
A monthly plan runs on a simple rhythm: plan, shoot, review, post, report, repeat. Here's what happens at each step and what your team needs to prepare.
Your strategy, brand look and first weekly plan; an agreed shoot date.
Every video within 72 hours, weekends excluded.
Publishing when selected; month-end analysis in every plan.
| When | What happens | Our team | Your team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Each week | Next week’s content plan | Reviews performance, trends and business priorities; drafts the weekly calendar and shoot brief | Approves or adjusts |
| Shoot day (fixed date, like the second Tuesday) | One planned shoot at your business | Crew, gear, direction, drone where allowed | People, access to the spaces, releases for anyone featured |
| Within 72 hours, weekends excluded | Review | Every video in your shared Google Drive folder: Everyday ready to post, Signature as rough cuts | Collects notes into one message per round |
| Revision rounds | Final versions | Two rounds on every video | Final approval |
| Through the month | Posting, if we post | Posts on the approved calendar; weekday replies to comments and simple messages | Answers prices, complaints and anything medical |
| Month end | Performance analysis in every plan | Concrete numbers, content and strategy review, and next steps; measurement gaps marked unknown | Reads it; we agree what to change |
A Friday shoot is ready for review by Wednesday: 72 hours, with Saturday and Sunday not counted.
Use the calendar approval board to track the plan, current file and next decision. Bring confirmed changes with the seasonal content worksheet.

Unused work and missed-work terms stay clear.
Three months; six when ads are included.
Month to month with 30 days’ email notice.
50% of remaining minimum-term fees.
Plans start with a 3-month minimum, or 6 months with ads. After that, the plan runs month to month: cancel by email with 30 days' notice. Leaving during the minimum costs 50% of the remaining minimum-term fees.
How it works
Each step has a date and an owner, so you always know what happens next. *Weekends excluded.
Scope, rights and timing, before the shoot.
Yes. We agree on a fixed date that suits your business, like the second Tuesday of each month, so your team can plan around it.
In a shared Google Drive folder. Leave notes with timestamps and send them in one message per round.
Tell us when you approve the plan. We can shorten the shot list or move the shoot once within the month. A shoot cancelled less than 72 hours ahead counts as done.
The same rhythm, plus onboarding: account access, strategy, brand fonts, colors and visual identity, and the first weekly content plan we build with you.
The first month at signing, then automatically on the same date each month. Your agreement records payment arrangements.
No. The minimum is 3 months, or 6 with ads. After that, it's month to month with 30 days' notice by email.
Tell us the goal and where the content will be used. A 15-minute call comes before your written proposal.
