Corporate campuses around Legacy West, medical practices and busy retail: Plano businesses compete on trust. We film the people and places that earn it, then turn one shoot into weeks of content.
Plano publishes its own filming guidelines. They cover city streets, parks and buildings, and private property where a shoot could affect the neighbors. We read them against your plan first.
City filming guidelines
Plano’s guidelines cover commercial filming on city property, streets and public spaces, and private property that may affect adjacent property. Commercials need at least two business days’ notice, and permitted shoots notify affected neighbors in writing. City of Plano filming guidelines
Filming hours
The guidelines set filming hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays, unless the city approves otherwise in advance.
Parks have their own policy
Small-scale commercial or business photography intended for private use on Plano park land follows a separate Parks Division policy, and drones there follow the park ordinance and FAA rules. If a park scene matters, we ask before the date is fixed.
Campuses and medical offices
Corporate campuses and medical buildings have security desks, badge rules and privacy limits. We confirm access, the filming window and who can appear on camera.

Questions
Questions for Plano businesses.
Scope, places and timing, answered before the shoot.
No. There is no local travel surcharge anywhere in our service area, Plano included.
Do we need a permit to film inside our Plano office?
The property owner or manager approves filming inside. Plano’s guidelines also apply when a shoot uses city streets, sidewalks, parks or buildings, or could affect neighboring property, so we check your plan against them before the date.
Can you film our employees for a recruiting video?
Yes. We plan it with real employees who agree to appear, accurate claims about the job and a release for everyone on camera.
Do you have a studio in Plano?
We don’t run a public studio. We film at your business or an agreed venue, because that’s what your customers want to see.
How soon can we start?
A first monthly shoot is usually within 7 days of signing, at your business. A shoot that needs a city or venue approval follows that approval’s timeline.
