Video Production

Corporate video, matched to the brief.

Company stories, leadership messages, customer interviews and event recaps each need a different brief. Start with the audience and the decision the video should support.

Internal training videos and long-form explainers aren't a standard service. Ask on the call; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it.

Plan the approvals before the shoot.

A corporate brief may involve several reviewers. Before we film, agree on:

  • The owner: one person who collects feedback and makes the final call.
  • The reviewers: brand, legal, compliance or leadership, and when each one sees the video.
  • Brand rules: logo use, fonts, colors and any words you never use.
  • People on camera: who is filming, who has to approve their appearance, and who signs releases.
  • Locations: offices, plants, client sites, and who grants access to each.

Two revision rounds are included. Each round is one consolidated set of notes, so a long review chain needs a clear owner.

Working with your purchasing team.
  • Proposal: line by line, with deliverables, schedule and price, ready for internal approval.
  • Vendor setup: we provide the standard paperwork your vendor process needs, such as a W-9.
  • Payment: a 50% deposit holds the shoot date. If your company pays on net-30 terms, the deposit is still paid before the shoot, and travel is booked only after it.
  • Your contract: if your company uses its own vendor agreement, send it early so there's time to review it before the date.
  • Sales tax: prices are plus applicable Texas sales tax.

Corporate video

One shoot. Every audience.

Leadership updates, process stories and customer videos are cut from the same shoot into the versions each audience needs.

Questions about corporate video.

Scope, rights and timing, before the shoot.

Can you film at several of our locations?

Yes. We film across Dallas, McKinney, Plano, Frisco and nearby communities with no local travel surcharge. Travel beyond our service area is quoted separately, including any travel days, flights, hotel and car.

Can our employees be on camera instead of actors?

Yes, and it's usually better. Employees take part voluntarily and sign a release. We prepare them so they feel comfortable.

Can we use the footage across the whole company?

After full payment, your license covers any business use of the final videos, in any media, worldwide. We keep the copyright and the raw footage.

Can you match our brand guidelines?

Yes. Send them with the brief; we apply them to graphics, captions and color.

What should your business show next?
